Large Group Implementation Director

The Large Group Implementation Director manages and enhances the performance of the Account Implementation team. Works as a liaison between Sales and Sales Service to manage all aspects of account implementation responsibilities for new and renewing 51
cases.
Essential Duties, Responsibilities and Requirements:
Monitor and enhance the day to day operation and performance of the Account Implementation Managers in the areas of productivity, customer satisfaction, employee satisfaction, and employee development.
Conduct analysis of department and provide recommendations for improvements and cost reductions.
Develop policies and procedures for daily business operations to enhance improvements to process, revenue and customer satisfaction.
Develop and maintain relationships with Brokers, Administrators and Carriers and provides a positive customer service experience.
Performs management responsibilities in accordance with company policies.
Monitors and enforces Performance Objectives for Direct Reports
Works with Sales and Sales Service to anticipate and prepare for customer service needs and to streamline communication of future needs.
Communicate effectively with internal and external personnel, both verbally and in writing.
Works in tandem with Broker Sales Executives, Broker Sales Representatives, New Business, Account Installation and Account Management effectively service agents/brokers and to encourage them to place their clients' business with the Company by:
Providing information on carrier administrative procedures and product availability, and direction in selection of appropriate group products.
Ensures case implementation meets defined carrier timelines
Facilitates smooth transition between Sales and Operations
Audits and maintain files, verifying insured and coverage, and proactively identifies possible issues.
Travel to client locations to train on administrative best practices and use of the BenefitMall' s online benefits administration system.
Special projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook Exchange; proficient in Internet Explorer
Flexible to work additional hours as required for the job.
Occasional bending, twisting, crouching, pulling, pushing, and/or reaching to access job-related materials.
Occasional lifting and moving of items weighing up to 25 pounds.
Associates degree and four (4) years' prior management experience in a customer service environment in the insurance industry or six (6) years' experience in a customer eccentric management role in the insurance industry. Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
