Executive Assistant in a professional office environment
Responsibilities: Provide administrative support for financial professionals in the following areas:
-Responsible for complex and detailed travel arrangements for team members including but not limited to hotel accommodations, airline reservations, ground transportation, on-site and off-site meeting venues, and other travel needs.
- Organizes and maintains calendars - arranging, coordinating and prioritizing scheduling and logistics.
- Ensures staff is on time for meetings and is aware of schedule and changes - candidate must use good judgment on handling urgent issues and interruptions.
- Arranges internal and external meetings to include all facets of meeting prep - track responses to meeting requests, prepare and distribute meeting materials, arrange all necessary technology including web and video conferencing, liaison with outside parties to manage appointments and meetings outside the office
- Accurately and efficiently conducts normal administrative tasks such as processing expense reports, invoice processing, supply orders, meal arrangements, office filing and uses general office equipment.
-Provides professional visitor greeting, telephone and email coverage - accurate message-taking, and redirecting calls.
Personal Characteristics:
- Acting on own initiative - this position will perform administrative support for an executive office.
- Accurately and professionally handles multiple simultaneous high priority issues.
-Tasks and assignments require working with a high degree of confidential information and using good judgment in decision-making.
- Projects a professional image on behalf of firm to external senior level


Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
