Fast growing specialized boutique Consulting / CPA firm is looking for qualified professionals to join our dynamic team. We perform various specialized consulting and accounting services such as Sarbanes Oxley consulting services, accounting and transactions advisory services for Fortune 500 to middle market companies. Our people, clients and professionalism resemble that of a much larger firm but we offer the flexibility and family atmosphere of a small firm. We offer a very reasonable work / life balance; very little, if any, out of town travel; monthly and annual bonuses; and fast track career growth potential. Prefer candidates from a Big-4 or national CPA / Consulting firm. Candidates must be either U. S. citizens, Permanent Residents, or active holders of TN visas with hands-on experience in the U. S.
Several positions are available at the Senior, Manager, and Director levels within Accounting and Transaction Advisory Services, and Compliance and Risk Advisory Services. We are looking for both full time employees and hourly contract professional Consultants experienced in the following areas:
financial reporting assistance and support
accounting support, including implementation assistance with new accounting pronouncements and financial restatements
SEC filings related to IPOs, debt offerings and acquisitions
Sarbanes-Oxley assistance, including 404 scoping, documentation and testing
Qualifications and
Experience:
Public accounting / consulting experience at a Big 4/National Firm/ or a combination of public accounting / consulting with recent experience in private Industry
Bachelors degree in Accounting
CPA, CIA, or CISA license - strongly preferred
Outstanding client service skills with a can do positive attitude
Ability to work with tight deadlines in an ever changing environment
Strong accounting skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to thrive in a fast paced dynamic environment
Ability to travel
Candidates must be U. S. citizens, U. S. Permanent Residents, or Canadian / Mexican citizens eligible for a TN visa
Location:
Our office is in located in Woodland Hills, but the location of our work is based on client locations primarily throughout the greater Los Angeles area. We will consider assisting with interview and relocation expenses for out of town candidates.
