For the Information Technology Services (ITS) Practice Leader position, you will be supporting our clients' in the following areas:
Provide audit preparation and support services
Provide financial reporting assistance and support
Assist with SEC filings related to IPOs, debt offerings and acquisitions
Provide Sarbanes-Oxley assistance, including 404 scoping, documentation and testing
IT internal control reviews including controls around system implementations and IT security
Perform internal management testing of IT general controls for SOX compliance for a variety of clients
Perform IT internal control reviews including controls around system implementations and IT security
Execute and document audit procedures and conclude on the results of testing
Identify and communicate IT audit findings to senior management and clients
Prepare workpapers and draft internal audit and SAS 70 reports
Help identify process improvement opportunities for clients
Maintain positive working relationships with clients and seek to add value to the engagements
Participate in mentoring relationships among the staff
We are seeking an individual who is self-motivated and will work with firm leadership to develop our vision and future goals, to assist in the development of team members, both professionally and technically, and to further grow and expand our ITS practice.
Minimum Job Qualifications and
Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting
Proper certification: CISA, CPA

years of IT audit and compliance and/or operations combined which must include a minimum of eight or more years of public accounting experience, preferably, at a Big 4 or national firm
Experience and proven success in selling professional services through existing client relationships and as well as the development of new client prospect

For Information Technology Services (ITS) Project Managers, we are seeking individuals dedicated to supporting our clients' needs within Sarbanes-Oxley Section 404 Compliance (documentation and testing), SAS 70 examinations and IT internal control reviews including controls around system implementations and IT security
For Information and Technology Services (ITS) Seniors, we are seeking individuals with a minimum of three years of public accounting experience at Big 4/national firms who can help us enthusiastically meet our clients' needs in the following areas:
Sarbanes-Oxley Section 404 Compliance (documentation and testing)
IT internal control reviews including controls around system implementations and IT security
Perform internal management testing of IT general controls for SOX compliance for a variety of clients
Perform SAS 70 examinations and prepare workpapers and draft internal audit and SAS 70 reports
Execute and document audit procedures and conclude on the results of testing
