Full project execution: work with the account team and other agency departments to facilitate briefing meetings, prepare presentation materials for launch meetings, assign job numbers, create and traffic project folders, track progress, set up creative reviews, secure approvals and QC deliverables. Minimum work requirements include 4-6 years industry related experience with ability to manage high volume direct response projects in a fully competent, autonomous manner from initiation through completion. Responsible for delivering assigned projects accurately, on time, and on budget. Requires managing client projects from kick-off to post mortem, working with all departments to clarify program direction and detail and working with extended account team to deliver requirements in the most efficient and effective manner. Requires close working relationship with all areas in the agency including creative, media, IT and production. Particular interest in candidates that are Bi-Lingual.
Some Key Job Requirements:
Coordinate with all across agency departments that will be touching the project - Creative, Production, Media, IT and Accounting as required
Ensure all scheduled deliverables are completed on schedule, within specification (through change order review and confirmation of specs with production)
Support team in the preparation of change order documents and participate in reviewing final to film, proofs and lives for signEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
