Responsibilities:
Support attorneys in managing case files and legal proceedings Prepare legal documents, including motions and trial preparations Manage calendaring and ensure timely filings, particularly with federal courts Collect and organize evidence and documentation for cases Assist with the preparation of exhibits and legal correspondence Requirements for Candidate Profile 1:
2-5 years of Business and/or Civil Litigation experience including Business Litigation, Personal Injury, Employment, Insurance Defense preferred Must have some Defense experience Must have FEDERAL filing experience Must have Pacer experience Must have experience with formatting, document preparation, trial preparation Must have experience with a high case load Pro Law experience preferred Requirements for Candidate Profile 2:
2-5 years of Civil Litigation experience including Insurance Defense Must have some Defense experience Must have experience with formatting, document preparation, trial preparation Must have experience with a high case load Pro Law experience preferred Federal experience preferred
