Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Estate Planning Attorney to join our team.
As an Estate Planning Attorney, you will play a crucial role in assisting our clients with developing and implementing personalized estate plans, creating trusts, managing trust administration, and guiding families through the probate process.

Responsibilities:
Conduct consultations to understand clients' estate planning needs.
Prepare diverse estate planning documents:
wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives.
Develop customized estate plans considering tax, assets, and family dynamics.
Provide legal guidance on trust administration and efficient asset distribution.
Represent clients in probate proceedings, including estate administration, spousal property, and 850 Petition.
Collaborate with the team to review and update estate plans.
Stay updated on estate planning laws, regulations, and tax codes.
Maintain strong client relationships, ensuring exceptional service.
Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (J.
D.
) degree from an accredited law school and active membership in the state bar.
Minimum of 3 years of experience practicing estate planning law, with a strong focus on trusts, trust administration, and probate matters.
In-depth knowledge of estate planning strategies, tax implications, and asset protection techniques.
Ability to communicate complex legal concepts effectively and compassionately to clients of various backgrounds.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple client cases simultaneously.
Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills, with a meticulous approach to legal work.
Previous experience in a law firm specializing in estate planning is preferred.
Familiarity with estate planning software and case management systems is a plus.
Familiarity with filing 706 and 709 tax returns is a huge plus.
Familiarity with WealthCounsel software is another huge plus.
