As a Treatment Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dental practice.
Your primary responsibility will be to assist patients in understanding their treatment plans and coordinating their appointments.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and check-in patients, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience - Explain treatment plans to patients, including cost estimates and insurance coverage - Schedule and coordinate appointments for dental procedures - Verify insurance coverage and submit claims on behalf of patients - Maintain accurate patient records using Dentrix or other dental software systems - Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with the dental team to ensure efficient patient flow and optimal treatment outcomes - Assist with front desk duties as needed, such as filing, data entry, and billing
Experience:
