Responsibilities:
Draft communication materials such as press releases, pitches, email correspondence, bylined articles, and more.
Draft reporting documents/presentations for clients.
Manage various communication channels such as Slack and Email.
Ensure project management software is always up to date.
Maintaining a pulse on our clients' KPIs and assisting your team with meeting them.
Conduct extensive research to find high-impact media opportunities for your team's clients.
Participate, contribute, and eventually lead client and team meetings.
Take detailed notes on all client calls, create agendas, and deliver action items to clients/teams.
Ability to present and maintain a professional demeanor when client-facing.
