Job Description:
You will be expected to welcome guests with a positive attitude as you are the first face the customer sees.
Manage Reservations.
Monitor restaurant flow to determine seating and dining pace.
Escort guests to dining area.
Have basic knowledge on our menu.
Answer incoming calls and cater to guest's needs.
Assist the front of house team as needed.
Requirements:
Prior work experience as host/hostess (minimum 1 year) Excellent communication skills (via phone and in person) Understanding of restaurant etiquette Demonstrable customer-service skills Availability to work in shifts as needed Job Types:
