Job duties include greeting guests, answer, screen and forward incoming calls, assign conference rooms for meetings, depositions, etc.
, log and route delivery items (Fed Ex, UPS, etc.
), scan and save incoming mail.
Applicant must possess the following skills and abilities:

Good interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal); 3.
Proper spelling and grammar; 4.
Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook); 5.
Knowledge of clerical procedures; 6.

Type at least 50 WPM with accuracy; 9.
