years experience as a receptionist in a busy office strong computer skills including data entry, Outlook, Word bilingual in Spanish preferred but not required attention to detail San Fernando Valley resident preferred
Responsibilities:
managing a multi-line phone system with a pleasant overtone calendar management accurately completing data entry, filing and clerical duties warmly greeting clients for their appointments friendly team player
