As the Security supervisor, you will oversee all security operations.
You will develop the company's security policies and procedures and manage all security personnel.
The ideal candidate is a strong leader with demonstrated experience in the safety, security field and scheduling Please note that this position is located near The Grove in Los Angeles.
Responsibilities Develop and implement safety and security policies and procedures Create and monitor the security operations budget Hire, train, and supervise security personnel Understand the security needs of the organization Create and implement security procedures for specific events Review incident reports created by security personnel Resolve security breaches or incidents Qualifications Previous experience as a Security Supervisor or in a similar role Familiarity with security technology and equipment (cameras, alarms, etc) Understanding of best practices in security protocols Experience with emergency response planning Knowledge of Microsoft Office and other computer applications High level of integrity Excellent leadership skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
