We are currently seeking a Nursing Supervisor (RCFE).
The Supervisor, Nurse Shift (RCFE-On-Call) position is responsible for supervising and coordinating RCFE nursing personnel and patient care within MPTF over a specified timeframe (e.
g.
, evening, night, holidays or weekend shift) on an on-call basis.
The Supervisor ensures delivery of comprehensive nursing services during assigned shift and coordinates operations.
This position maintains appropriate staffing levels and monitors the performance of services on assigned shifts, ensuring nursing staff assesses patients and documents the assessment in the electronic medical record system.
Experience Minimum five years of experience as RN, preferably with prior supervisory experience; current state licensure as RN, BLS, and MAB certifications required.
Education Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing with appropriate licensure for the state of California; BSN degree preferred.
Work Environment/Hours This is a non-exempt position working on the MPTF Wasserman campus during assigned shift (evening, night, holiday, or weekend) on an on-call basis.
