4 Woodland Hills, CA Woodland Hills, CA Full-time Full-time $20 - $25 an hour $20 - $25 an hour The Compliance Specialist (CS) is responsible for making three-way calls to the IRS/State Practitioner Line, with prospects/potential clients, to conduct full compliance checks on the corresponding prospects' tax account.
This includes outstanding balances, missing tax returns, collection activity, and other requested compliance information.
Upon making this call, the CS must immediately notate all required findings and statuses obtained from the call, then thoroughly communicate such findings to the Senior Tax Analyst who is consulting the prospect, so the prospect can be offered the most applicable services necessary to resolve their outstanding tax matter.

Responsibilities:
Speak directly to qualified prospects to explain the Pracitioner (Prac) call process Conduct three-way Practitioner Calls, with qualified prospects, to the IRS/State Record and notate all required information on prospects' tax account Relay all compliance check findings to the assigned Senior Tax Analyst Ensure that all compliance information is accurate and available in our CRM Required Skills &
Qualifications:

years of verbal customer service or phone sales experience 2
years of Microsoft office and CRM experience Proficient written, verbal, and phone etiquette Exceptional organization & note-taking skills Ability to work in fast-paced, phone sales environment Job Type:
