The ideal candidate will have law firm management experience with:
Managing of legal assistants and office support staff Coordination of new hire orientation and training Knowledge of computer technology as it relates to; Individual user computer support, litigation support, case management and document processing Assistance with Client Billing, Appeals and expenses Assistance with human resources (benefits, payroll, PTO) Coordination of performance reviews of legal assistants and office support staff Facility maintenance and liaison with property management.
Coordination and management of various vendor relationships Planning of regular staff meetings, seminars and office events Coordination of, and assistance with, time entry and billing Provide Marketing and office events assistance Maintain office and attorney calendars Work in calendaring system (Compulaw) to verify dates, upload pertinent case information and advise legal assistants of deadlines Job Type:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
