The following requirements are needed to be considered.

You must have executive administration background.
You must be knowledgeable in all the basic computer programs Have great phone etiquette that consist of customer service skills.
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
Answering both personal and business phone calls Data entry Filing Reviewing and responding to emails Providing administrative support when needed Social media monitoring and knowledge Ability to compose letters and respond to email communications.
Supervision of staff and departments.
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years office experience Proficiency using MS Office applications.
Superior customer service skills and phone etiquette Strong initiative and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Team-motivated mentality and highly professional demeanor.
People oriented Detail oriented Can work well under pressure Organized Able to type at leased 50 wpm DUTIES / KNOWLEDGE AND
Responsibilities:
Accounts Payables and receivables knowledge Receive vendor invoices and obtain management approval Enter vendor invoices into system with proper account classification Enter credit card transactions and reconcile statements Process weekly check payments Accounts Receivable Create customer invoices and send to customers on a daily basis Receive customer payments and apply against invoices Perform some collection related activities, including sending out customer statements and making collection calls.
Download online sales activity to Quickbooks Answer accounting related vendor and customer calls Research, track and resolve accounting related issues POSITION REQUIREMENTS.
Minimum 1-3 years of experience performing related activities Experience with Quickbooks preferred but not required Proficient with MS Office Suite:
(Excel, Word, and Outlook) Excellent verbal and written communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently as well as a team player Accuracy and attention to detail is a must Excellent organizational skills Desire and willingness to accept challenges, while maintaining original responsibilities Selected candidate must maintain the highest level of confidentiality, accuracy and maturity.
