We are in need of 1 more case manager to join our busy tax firm.
Responsibilities but not limited to:
Answering Inbound Calls from current clients Monitoring cases to collect up to date documents Updating financials on clients file Keeping client up to date on case Following up on tax approvals or tax resolutions Transfer calls to Senior Director or team members Sending emails and responding to emails Sending faxes, Scanning important documents Sending documents via post mail Helping clients with simple and complex forms Some face to face meetings with clients or prospects including Director Scheduling Managing daily tasks Assisting the Enrolled Agents Preparing Power of Attorneys We are in need of a person that has great skills such as:
Customer service Multitasking and prioritizing Dependability Familiarity with Microsoft Office Problem-solving Ability to work under pressure Attention to detail Adaptability Professional phone etiquette Willing to learn PAY - $18.
00 -$20.
00 per hour depending on experience and professionalism.
