As our Brand Ambassador, you will be trained to generate new leads for our clients, curate great customer service, achieve set expectations, and work hand-in-hand with our marketing team to provide the best experience possible for both our clients and their customers.
What we're looking for in a Brand Ambassador:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills Willingness to learn and improve! Team player with an outgoing personality Excellent customer service skills High School Diploma or GED 0-5 years of experience in customer service, sales, marketing, and/or hospitality Brand Ambassador duties:
Proper implementation of local marketing campaigns using sales strategies Providing excellent customer service to help the client build and retain their customer base Demonstrate proper product and services knowledge to the customers Directly engage face-to-face with customers in communities Drive revenue and generate SALES What we offer for our Brand Ambassadors:
