We are looking for someone to join our team for the long term.
We require a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Candidate must be well organized who can manage 120
pre-lit personal injury cases at a time.
We offer a competitive salary depends on experience (DOE).
Responsibilities:
Managing pre-litigation files (A-Z) Open Insurance (first party; third party/UIM) claims Resolve Property damage claims Manage client's medical care by keeping in constant communication with clients and medical providers Open Medi-Cal and Medicare claims in a timely manner Preparing physical and electronic files for new clients Must know Microsoft Office, Adobe and enter pertinent information into Outlook database.
Requesting Traffic collision reports, File SR1/SR19 Schedule and calendar medical appointments Explain procedures and related documentation to clients Continuously monitor case status, review medical records Demand file preparation
Qualifications:
3
years of managing Personal Injury cases You must be able to speak Spanish fluently.
Excellent communication skills as this position requires heavy client contact Knowledge of medical terminology and insurance terminology is a plus.
