Applicant must be honest, punctual, reliable, and friendly.
Must work well with others and be a team player.
This position can be busy and fast paced, so someone good under pressure is needed.

) Duties include but are not limited to:
Answering phones Scheduling appointments and follow ups Checking clients in and out Collecting payment Confirming appointments Balancing all transactions at the end of the day Taking messages and making follow up notes for the doctors Assisting Veterinary team with patient care And more Our Ideal Candidate:
Experience as a Veterinary Receptionist is preferred Computer savvy Ability to handle fast paced environments and multi-line phone system Superior customer service Highly organized and attention to detail Excellent communication skills Strong problem-solving skills Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks Pay Range:
