We are currently seeking an energetic outgoing professional individual to directly assist our Management Team.
Candidate Requirements:
Strong initiative and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Superior customer service skills and phone etiquette Team-motivated mentality and highly professional demeanor Perform well under pressure with organization Admin Duties:
Take orders and dispatching Maintain customer accounts and record account information Outbound calls to requests via email and telephone Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable Reconciling Invoicing Operational
Responsibilities:
Multitasking between both personal and business tasks, including accounts receivable/payable, invoicing, and etc.
Organize financial data and data entry via Excel Answering both personal and business phone calls Reviewing and responding to emails Providing administrative support to the management team Social media monitoring and knowledge Ability to compose letters and respond to email communications.
