Zoom Room Woodland Hills is seeking a sales savvy front desk representative to join our team.
Special consideration is given to candidates with a background or interest in sales.
Essential Functions:
Greet customers in a warm and engaging manner Promote and sell appropriate retail and service items during and after classes Set up client accounts, assist with scheduling, upload vaccination records, and other customer assistance Educate our clients on the Zoom Room and its offerings, and help them find the best option for them to purchase Promote and sell appropriate retail items during and after classes Perform the day-to-day operations of the facility including stocking shelves, cleaning the gym, answering the phone and other client inquiries, and monitoring the front desk Assist with cleaning the gym and maintaining a tidy work place Occasionally taking client photos / videos for the store social media account About the Zoom Room:
We provide a safe, indoor space for dogs and puppies to receive socialization and training along with their families.
Using only positive training methods, we help people deepen the bonds of communication with their pups through obedience, agility, and enrichment classes.
We regularly give back to local rescues through direct donations and fundraiser events that we host ourselves, such as Doggy Disco nights (yes, we have a disco ball!).
It's a wonderful environment for dog lovers - both our clients and our staff - with free coffee, great music, and a beautifully strong community.
Basic
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED preferred Previous sales experience or education Previous customer service experience and excellent verbal and written communication skills Must possess basic computer skills Keen observational and creative thinking skills with an ability to think on one's feet Ability to physically handle merchandise Must live near Woodland Hills CA Job Types:
