The Administrative Assistant will work closely with all of our key personnel to support our day-to-day operations and assist with various office initiatives.
A successful candidate will have strong organizational and writing skills and will be capable of working both independently and in collaboration with the team.
Responsibilities:
Answer inbound phone calls.
Answering inbound emails.
Scheduling meetings and appointments.
File documents.
Copy documents.
Maintain calendar and schedule appointments.
Provide administrative support to executive staff.
