Responsibilities include but are not limited to):
Work with OEM certifications and meet factory volume targets while sustaining profitability.
Motivate and train salespeople of all inventory and current advertising efforts including rebates and incentives.
Appraise all incoming used vehicles.
Increase overall market share year over year.
Train salespeople on sales process on a regular basis Work with clients on closing deals.
Work with the General Sales Manager to forecast monthly sales expenses.
Enhance customer satisfaction during the entire purchase experience with impeccable CSI results.
Partner with the Financial Services Department to develop and coordinate best practices for the most efficient and effective sales approach.
Other duties may be assigned by management.
Requirements (included but are not limited to):

years of Automotive Sales Management experience.
Proficient at operation a personal computer including Microsoft Office:
Excel and Word.
Ability to work independently and be self-motivated.
Strong take charge leadership attitude with a record of team building to include recruiting, training and motivating.
Knowledge of the local retail market.
Excellent customer service skills.
Professional appearance and work ethic.
Must have verifiable proof of your success as a Sales Manager in the Automotive Industry including outstanding CSI scores.
Ability to identify market trends properly and manage inventory.
Outstanding communication skills in both verbal and written.
Bilingual a plus.
