This individual must be passionate about the work we do for the community and is responsible in ensuring the business operational flow of the facility while providing administrative support to the Residential Program Director.
Duties and Responsibilities Complete client data collection for all facilities as assigned.
Oversees day to day administrative operations of the program.
Supervises and manages direct care staff.
Manages maintenance repairs in facilities.
Conducts facility daily walk through to identify, correct or report safety hazards.
Conducts new hire facility orientation and training Assists with accreditation and state licensing activities when requested.
Communicates with internal and external professionals, vendors, staff members, employees as well as clients and their families, as required and in a timely manner.
Manages budgets and maintains supplies and purchasing of materials for the facility.
Coordinates employee reimbursement, new vendor set up and vendor payment requests with Accounts Payables department.
Participate in on-going departmental training and meetings when required Attend meetings, trainings and conferences representing Destinations to Recovery as needed.
Able to maintain record of receipts in order to reconcile facility's credit card statement once a month.
Assist with client intake and ensures accuracy of client information in clinical software.
