Explain Shift:
Call Center works 24 7 so need candidates to be flexible with the shift.
They can be assigned to any shift after completing their training.
Weekends included Training is 7 weeks.
Training hours are 8am-4:
30pm M-F Must be available for some Saturday trainings.
Must constantly be on Video and responsive to Managers.
Walk me through the day-to-day responsibilities of this the role and a description of the project (Outside of Workday JD):
Call Center exp- 6 months to 1 year Strong typing skills/computer skills- on an average call, workers would use at least 3-4 systems (OMNI, Claims, Authorizations, Make payments, ABS, Outlook, Skype IM etc.
) Multi-task Flexible! Can adapt to change well Strong interpersonal skills- it is more than a contact center position/taking a phone call, the department is providing concierge service High speed internet Quiet workspace at home to take calls GOOD ATTENDANCE Must pass knowledge check(s) during training- 3 attempts.
After third failed attempt, we will terminate.

95% Quality audits 97.
5% conformance/90% adherence to schedule Handle time/hold time/ASA goals Tell me about what their first day looks like:
