Job Description:
Initial training will be approximately 5 weeks with timings- 8:
00 AM-4:
30 PM PST.
After training, you'll will be assigned with your respective shifts.
The call center operates 24/7, so the workers must be available on weekends and to work any shift assigned.
Position Requirements:
Previous Call Centre experience- 6 months to 1 year Quiet workspace with high-speed internet and hard-wired connection at home to take calls.
High school degree or above is required.
Good hands-on experience with MS Office.
Bilingual Spanish preferred but not required.
Should be authorized to work for any employer with US.
Must pass knowledge check(s) during training- 3 attempts.
After third failed attempt, we will terminate.
